*This contract is between KosiKatz Cattery herein listed as the Seller/Breeder and the Person or Persons listed below, herein after referred to as the Buyer/Purchaser and concerns the sale of a Cat/Kitten described as a Bengal.

For the Following Terms:
*This Kitten is sold as a Show Breeder __ Pet __
*This cat/kitten may never be sold, leased or given to a pet shop, research lab, Humane Society, Animal Shelter, Rescue Group or similar facility.
*Seller guarantees fertility.
*Breeding Male/Female may not be co-owned, leased or resold as breeders.
*If Breeding Male/Female Buyer may bring as many Queens/Studs to Buyers residence for breeding but Male/Female cannot leave residence for breeding.
*If Breeding Male Buyer agrees to acquire written permission from Seller before placing any male offspring as breeders.
*If kitten is a Show/Breeder Sellers guarantees kitten to be of show quality and will be replaced if locket, tail fault or any other physical trait that would disqualify them from Showing develops up to 10 months of age.
*Buyer guarantees to furnish housing for Breeder Male/Female no smaller that 10’ wide x 6’ tall and 12’ long.
*If buyer decides to place or sell kitten as an altered, Seller has first option to buy kitten back as whole cat.
*Buyer guarantees to provide best of care, food and affection to kitten.
*Sound Health and temperament of said kitten is guaranteed upon arrival. It may take the kitten one to two weeks to get used to new home.
*Current vaccination records will accompany kitten when buyer takes possession of kitten.
*Health is guaranteed for a period of 78 hours from the time the kitten leaves possession of the Seller.
*It is recommended that the Buyer take the kitten to their Veterinarian (at Buyers expense) within this period or time for Buyers own satisfaction and protection.
*If kitten is found to be ill, a written statement from Buyers Vet stating the problem will be sent to Seller. If it is determined that the kitten was ill when it left the Seller, the Seller will pay for kittens return to seller.
*If this kitten is vaccinated for Feline Leukemia health warranty is voided.
*If this kitten is given any vaccinations other than killed virus health warranty is voided.
*If this kitten is given a rabies vaccination at the same time of any other vaccination the health warranty is voided.
*Seller is not responsible for any surgical procedures performed on this kitten.
*Should this kitten die within one (1) year as a direct result of a congenital defect said kitten will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a licensed Veterinarian and a Veterinarian Certificate is provided with cause of kitten’s death. If kitten is replaced a replacement kitten of equal value will be sent to Buyer (at Seller’s expense) as soon as such kitten is available.
*Seller is not responsible for any Vet bills unless agreed upon in writing.
*Any disputes over this contract will be settled in the county Sherry Ellis lives in at the time of dispute.
*If Buyer is found to be in violation of any of the above or mistreating the kitten Buyer agrees to return kitten to Seller at Buyer’s expense including but not limited to legal, Vet and shipping of kitten.
*If this contract is altered in anyway without written consent of Seller this contract is voided.
BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT BUYER VERIFIES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ THIS CONTRACT AND UNDERSTANDS ITS CONTENTS AND AGREES TO ABIDE BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS CONTRACT.
Changes or additions to this Contract must be initialed by ALL Parties.
